1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: We accept order cancellations before the product has been dispatched from our Sydney facility。If the cancellation is processed before shipping, you will receive a full refund。
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order。
2. Returns (If Applicable)
14-Day Window: You have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of your product。
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it。It must also be in the original, sealed packaging。
Exclusions: Due to health and hygiene regulations regarding tobacco products, we cannot accept returns for any items where the manufacturer’s seal has been broken。
Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase。Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer。
3. Refunds (If Applicable)
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our local Sydney hub, we will email you a notification of receipt。We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund。
Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days。
4. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again。
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted。

5. Shipping Costs
Responsibility: Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item。Shipping costs are non-refundable。
No Restocking Fees: No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for the return of a product。
